Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ScaleFlow Solutions, we strive to provide the best services and products. Since we operate in a hybrid model (Services + Goods), our refund policies differ based on the category.
1. For Digital Marketing Services (Facebook/Google Ads)
- Service Fees: The management fee charged by ScaleFlow Solutions is for the time, strategy, and expertise utilized to set up and manage your campaigns. Once the service has commenced (i.e., ad account setup or campaign creation started), the service fee is non-refundable.
- Ad Budget: The advertising budget is paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). ScaleFlow Solutions does not hold this amount and strictly cannot refund any ad spend paid to these platforms.
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel the monthly retainer service by giving a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle begins.
2. For Physical Goods (School Supplies, Electronics & Robotics)
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective electronic item (Computer, Printer, or Robotics Kit), please report it within 24 hours of delivery with video proof. We will arrange a replacement.
- Warranty: Electronics (Laptops, ACs, Printers) come with a Manufacturer's Warranty. ScaleFlow Solutions will assist in the process, but the warranty is provided by the respective brand (e.g., Dell, Voltas, HP).
- Uniforms & Books:
- Exchange is allowed for Size Issues within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- No return/refund on used notebooks or torn packaging.
